Is there any way to use this plugin from the console, for example using gradle?

I have a very specific case. I need to rename a project in Gitlab CI runner because I need different apps in Play Market for different audience (USA, Europe). To avoid creating and maintaining two different projects with the same code base, I would like to rename the project directly from the console
