Describe your new feature: The ability to send emails to the user when they create an account, sign in security warnings and verification codes.

Additional information: I've used Courier before for this. If there's a better service for this that people like, I'd appreciate the suggestions.

Hey @kiranrokkam09! Sure, you can work on this issue. However, I'd like to work on it together due to this also needing a way for server owners to store their secret keys and possibly developing a way to make email templates a part of the Circles codebase that way admins can just insert their key for their Courier account and use the preexisting templates.
