No status is 0 - but contains tumor only sample error message

Description of the bug

The sample-sheet only contains tumor-samples, but the following tools, which were requested by the option "tools", expect at least one normal-sample : deepvariant, haplotypecaller

while running with a samplesheet with no status and these tools

Do you see any other error messages besides the one related to the sample-sheet?

I didn't see any other error message printed, but I checked the link you sent and followed the suggestion of changing the NextFlow version, then it worked. Thanks!

Just leaving this here for anyone coming across this issue:

This issue keeps coming up and it is in 9/10 unrelated to the samplesheet or the tools but a by-product of some other issue. Almost always you need to check further in the nextflow.log to find the real error.

I investigated this in the past bt have never understood why the unrelated error bubbles up.
