Update argNorm to current version

Description of feature

There have been a major version update and feature changes to the argNorm tool. It has to be updated on module-level first and then adapted on pipeline-level. See #474 for reference. Tagging @Vedanth-Ramji, in case you are interested in working on this, just assign yourself.
