AdminerEvo cannot be downloaded

Steps To Reproduce

Nextcloud VM deployment, VMWare Workstation Player 16.

Selecting Adminer to administre postgreSQL

download.adminerevo.org is unreachable. other sites from the host is OK (like github, TLS is already configured)

Expected Result

Should download and pass.

Actual Result

The download of adminer install package fails.

I had time, so I was waiting for 30secs for 10 times... Interestingly in the next step it stataed that adminer is installed. I guess some component is missing or I don't know. I very new to nextcloud.

I did ctr+c and it canceled the script as I assumed. I just started the script again and did not install admirer and proceeded with the rest.

I assume it said it installed it so it can continue with the rest. But overall. Script is awesome!

Retries are great, but 10x @30 sec miiiiiight be a bit much. Excited to try out NextCloud!

Also, why the unnecessary 30s delay after the 10th failing try?

the original adminer is also being actively worked on again as well https://github.com/vrana/adminer there's also adminneo https://github.com/adminneo-org/adminneo either one of these would be great replacements
