Implement new tag system

Currently renaming tags is not possible. This issue suggests a new tag system. This new tag system will allow the user the following things:

  • [ ] Pick an icon for a new / existing tag
  • [ ] Rename a tag
  • [ ] Delete a tag
  • [ ] In the future we can add more features

Requirements:

  • [ ] Migrate all existing tags to the database
  • [ ] Dump all empty tags
  • [ ] Set a default icon

Right now we can't delete tags in the list on the left, right ? even if tags are not used right ?

Forget it Passman is just a dead project ! Go with an other tool really working as i did ;)
