New question type for referencing users

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to have a type of question that is answered by selecting a user (or multiple users) of the given Nextcloud installation.

Describe alternatives you've considered It is, of course, possible to simply use a text field, but that often leads to ambiguity and just doesn't look as good.

I am looking to automate some administrative actions. This would be ideal for that. Being able to select groups would also be worth adding at the same time.

I think that this question type should then forbid to share the form publicly by link or at least need a confirmation by the form owner and/or an admin configuration setting due to privacy concerns. Otherwise someone outside the Nextcloud instance can see all users of that instance.
