Moving the textdraw should also move the box

As the title states, in Modes that are not centre aligned, moving the textdraw should move the box coordinates as well, otherwise the box changes its shape entirely.

This is not a problem with the textdraw editor, this is a problem with SA:MP.

I haven't checked the code, but the previous editors I've used updated both TextSize & Position at the same time (provided UseBox is enabled) in order to move box textdraws nicely.

Unless I missed something in the editor, I do think this should at least be considered as an option

The only exception of it should be if the text is aligned to center, because that would definitely not work correcly.
