Determine the framework/API's that we can add to the next EOL cycle and remove them in the next agent version. Document the frameworks/api's and usages in the EOL doc. Identify ways to track usages for these frameworks/api's

I hand picked some modules that target older frameworks and libraries, and ran the following query to see how many accounts were utilizing the module (run from account 33):
