Release token-linking changes in slick 3.2 instrumentation

We sent out a custom jar for a customer who had seen token linking issues with our slick-2.12_3.2.0 instrumentation. The branch refactors some of the token linking logic in this module. The branch is here: https://github.com/newrelic/newrelic-java-agent/tree/scala-cats-jar-repatch
