Implement data storage changes on spring-webclient-5.0 as well.

In 1775 we updated our external http utility classes to only store what was needed off of the response object rather than the entire response object. At the time, in order to limit scope and potential impact, we made the decision to only update the latest version for most modules. A user has asked for this change to be added to the spring-webclient-5.0 module as well.
