nri-prom historgram improvement: add +Inf bucket

Description

Prometheus histograms exported through the infrastructure agent do not have their +Inf bucket.

Expected Behavior

The +Inf bucket should exist.

Steps to Reproduce

Scrape a Prometheus histogram with the infrastructure agent and nri-prometheus. Note that the +Inf bucket is not exported to New Relic.

thanks for reporting this @jackwilsdon, we added this into our backlog though it might not receive enough priority to be released in the short-term. Please consider using other open-source alternatives such as the prometheusreceiver in the OpenTelemetry collector to scrape metrics in non-orchestrated environments or the Prometheus remote-write integration. For k8s, we'll recommend New Relic's Prometheus Agent.
