This project does seem abandoned. It looks like the company developing it (Neueda) was acquired by another company and development on this plugin stopped altogether. They haven't updated the repository and haven't responded to any issues in more than 2 years.

I've forked the project and updated it so that it runs on modern versions of IntelliJ and Neo4j. You can find my fork here: https://github.com/albertoventurini/graphdb-intellij-plugin
