Extend E2E test suite to other frameworks

We have an end-to-end test for Next.js running on every release. We should do the same for other frameworks.

@ascorbic do you have any suggestions of where to start?

I would suggest Gatsby 4 with the beta plugin, Nuxt 3 and SvelteKit

I think this is still something we'd like to have, just not sure who is the best team to pick it up. Deferring to @minivan.
