[BUG]Wrong header position after bounce

• What is the current behavior?

• When using bounce on scroll down, animation wont back to default scroll position.

• If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem Launch on iphone swipe down, header won't back to initial position
