Compare configs across time.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Using devconfig. Be able to supply 2 times and compare the configs to see the differences. Or say against now and a previous time. Ideally have the output diff in color. And the output printed as side by side much like you get with difflib.

This is to quickly see differences in the network config to see what has changed.
