Export to CSV via WebUI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Ability to export to export data tables to CSV in the WebUI

Describe the solution you'd like A button/link to take an existing query and export to CSV/CLI. I'm not sure how much information to embed into the filename, but having at least these two in the output would be helpful 1) the table in the filename and 2) the date/time data was captured in the filename.
