interfaces are not getting imported for some devices (e.g. MikroTik CRS106-1C-5S)

When trying to import MikroTik devices it seems that it doesnt work for some devices. For example no interface is getting created when importing "MikroTik CRS106-1C-5S".

It seems that when setting new_filters to True it actually works. Is there a reason this isn't set to True by default? https://github.com/netbox-community/Device-Type-Library-Import/blob/develop/netbox_api.py#L27
