OpenVPN script that installs tls-crypt-v2

Is there an OpenVPN script such as Angristan's or Nyr's that installs the latest OpenVPN with tls-crypt-v2? Both scripts work great in Turkmenistan because they utilize tls-crypt. However, the server's IP address gets blocked after some time. And it looks like tls-crypt-v2 will most likely circumvent DPI's censorship capability. If any of you technical people could create a script that installs the latest OpenVPN with tls-crypt-v2, it would greatly be appreciated.

Unfortunately in your case, this method will not be effective, since in Turkmenistan 's blocking in random order and in manual mode, what is not blocked now will be blocked later !
