Virtually all Cloudflare sites were blocked in certain ISPs in eastern Russia (for example in Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Kemerovo, Novokuznetsk) on 2025-03-20, between 03:00 and 24:00 Moscow time (00:00 to 21:00 UTC).

INTERFAX.RU - Specialists from the Center for Monitoring and Control of the Public Communications Network (CMU SSOP) of Roskomnadzor will check Russian services and communications operators in the coming month for their use of foreign servers, the department's press service said in a statement.

  "In the coming month, the Central Monitoring Center of the Security Service of the Russian Federation will conduct scheduled technical checks of the use of foreign server infrastructure by Russian services and telecom operators," the statement said.
