My sources tell me the topics will be (not sure if this is final):

  • Applying machine learning to PRC patent filing to surface emerging human rights impacts of smart city technologies
  • Censorship resistant onion association using sauteed onions
  • Analyzing censorship on Chinese search engines
  • Network responses to Russia's invasion of Ukraine
  • Threats to VPNs and broader impacts to Netizens

Benjamin De Kosnik talked about tracking the extent of filesharing of Roskomnadzor leaks.

Ben Mixon-Baca of Breakpointing Bad talked about automatically extracting information that is safe to inspect from traffic captures.

Ken Kato talked about censorship on Chinese search engines.
