TIC-80 for Debian arm64

I'm using TIC-80 on my arm64 machine, and it works great out of the box. Do you need any help testing things? Or is this specifically about setting up a cross-compiler in the CI config?

Unfortunately it looks like this is not supported out of the box on GitHub Actions unless you bring a self-hosted runner, so we might just need to wait for GitHub to add this.
