Problem

The release process isn't documented

Expected result

  • Add a "Release" section to bottom of the readme listing all the steps needed to do a release.
    • Example: https://github.com/neovim/pynvim#release
    • Example: https://github.com/neovim/lua-client/blob/12d070bca800702babd02d6f83fa61c71ef59250/README.md#release
  • List the required keys/secrets, logins to third-party websites.
