Build out a multi dashboard reader mode deployment

At the moment NeoDash is constrained to running only one dashboard per viewer deployment. It would be great if we can display two or more different dashboards on the same deployment.

A simple solution for this would be to use a 'router' report action, that lets users jump between dashboards. For example, users can create a table report, and create an action "jump to dashboard with UUID". Then this table view acts as a table of contents, effectively a 'router' for the different dashboards.

validate that dashboards are visible in the sidebar when deploying a reader instance, also when using a separate database for storing dashboard nodes.

This feature is essential but wouldn't it be better to be able to have the list of dashboards on the left like in editor mode?
