Auto refresh does not always apply to all reports

I have a date picker and a few reports that update based on date selection. Most of the reports will update, but I have noticed a few times where the behavior is not consistent and a few reports do not update. To resolve this temporarily, I typically include a refresh button with most of my reports. But this is not an ideal fix as I want to share the reports with end users, as they should not need to require a 'refresh' to be confident that the data returned is for the date selected.
