Allow for dynamic treemap and circle packing exploration

It makes sense to only show a few levels of hierarchy within treemap and circle packing reports for display and cognitive reasons, but it'd be nice to be able to iteratively drill down by using clickable "nodes" and parameters to dynamically re-run the query.

This necessarily relates to Treemaps and Circle Packing Reports don't allow upwards traversal #679
