histogram of dates : label spacing

I'm trying to get a histogram of tweets by date (one bar per day, ignoring hour/mn/ss)

here is what I could get (with group Tweet and ReTweet)

Problem #1 : labels are not readable, tried the "Skip label on width (px)" parameter but nothing changed If this is what this parameter is for, can someone please explain how to us it ?

otherwise, it would be useful to have a way to set the number of bars we want between labels

problem #2 is I can not display all the data because of the 250 row limitation. Would be nice to be able to set a higher limit (in this case I do not mind if bars are very narrow, but I what to see the shape of the whole dataset)

#3 would be great to have a specific kind of chart for dateTime values (= timeline), with drill down functionality to display both long period, and drill down to see just a month or even a day with the exact timestamp
