Add setting to configure the behaviour of table pagination

in the latest neodash.graphapp.io all tables default to only displaying the first 5 rows - you can change it dynamically on the table....but it is automatically reset back to 5 all the time. I think we need a property of rows to display or something.

Could I up-vote this one, it would be very useful to have a Report level property to set the initial number of rows to display in a table.
