Time Series in Line Charts

When choosing time-based series in Line Charts, and choosing one-year intervals, the major tick marks are placed at the last day of the year. This is counter intuitive since such charts usually place the tick on the first day of the year. In other words, the major ticks should be on, e.g., 2014-01-01 and not on 2013-12-31.
