Improved Cache Management: Selective Deletion and Access for Offline Use

Describe your suggested feature

Neko currently has an issue with managing large cache sizes. It would be helpful if users had the ability to directly access the cache. This way, we could delete older cache files while keeping the newer ones. Alternatively, allowing the option to copy the cache would also be useful. This would let users save recent cache files for offline use, while older ones could serve as a reference to revisit forgotten manga. For example, my app shows 40 GB of cache, while my downloads only take up 13 GB.

Thank you for replying I did delete the app previously because i wanted to free up the space and i didn't think id end up returning to it Here's the current cache I think maybe 1 month of usage
