Jinja-rendered templates appear incorrectly in log files

(following from the analysis in #1553: https://github.com/nedbat/coveragepy/issues/1553#issuecomment-1546697406)

Jinja-rendered templates can appear in coverage.py reports if they happen to be parseable as Python code. This shouldn't happen.
