Add Linux/ARM64 support

Updated svnkit version to '1.10.3' and added "org.lz4:lz4-java:1.4.1" dependency in the lockfiles, to support new version of svnkit.

Hi team,

I am working on adding Linux/ARM64 support to Eureka and zuul, and “Gradle-info-plugin” is one of the dependencies for both. I had previously raised an issue in ‘svnkit’ for arm64 and they have added arm64 support and released version ‘1.10.3’ which supports Linux/ARM64. I have updated the same in “Gradle-info-plugin” to support Linux/ARM64, and successfully built on Arm machine using “./gradlew build”.

It will be helpful if this PR gets merged and “Gradle-info-plugin” is made available for ARM64.

Please review and let me know if any changes are required.

We'll pick this up when we have a moment, but in the meantime we're already compatible - update to https://github.com/nebula-plugins/gradle-info-plugin/releases/tag/v9.3.0.
