This PR updates near-api-js to version 5. The breaking changes in this version are not expected to impact any Wallet Selector functionality.

near-api-js uses borsh 1.0.0, would be nice to upgrade wallet-selector from 0.7.0 as well.

Hey! Should the versions for /core, /account-export, /wallet-connect, and /wallet-utils be bumped as well? They have near-api-js as a peer dependency, but it's still at version 4.0.3.
