- Added smarter automatic filename retrieval

  • Improved user friendliness through the script
  • Improved the detection of files that already exists/already downloaded
  • Added automatic filename fixing based on OS
  • Added a check to prevent a console dump if the script is stopped prematurely with Ctrl + C
  • Fixed a ghost 'B' suffix that would appear as soon as size units were changed

Hopefully this fixes the previous issue and add a few Quality of Life improvements to the script! (I ended up fixing a bunch of minor issues, instead of just fixing the regexp ><)
