There are 34 loci for age-related macular degeneration, but I just find only one (rs2230199) in the AREDS dataset.

I find the loci information from two files: PhenoGenotypeFiles/RootStudyConsentSet_phs000001.AREDS.v3.p1.c1.EDO/GenotypeFiles/phg000001.AREDS.original-format.Illumina100K.v1.p1.c1.EDO.tar PhenoGenotypeFiles/RootStudyConsentSet_phs000001.AREDS.v3.p1.c1.EDO/GenotypeFiles/phg000002.AREDS.original-format.Affy100K.v1.p1.c1.EDO.tar

Could you please share the genetic variants preprocessing code? It would also be very helpful if you could tell me which file I should use to find the correct genotype information? Thanks very much!
