Add support for Angular 17

Hello,

I'm currently using the ngx-socket-io library in my Angular project and I noticed that it doesn't support Angular 17 yet. I would like to request an update to the library to add support for Angular 17.

I believe that many users of ngx-socket-io would greatly benefit from having Angular 17 support, as it provides new features and improvements to the framework. It would be great if the library could be updated soon to support the latest version of Angular.

@jsdevtom Can. But I'm not a maintainer, I can't close anything. To do this, you need to contact the author @nbfontana. In general, many outdated issues need to be closed here.
