Hi. The CLI is unable to invoke the vue-cli-plugin-nativescript-vue

I just keep getting this error. Help, please. 🙏🏻 I have tried alternating every option It's a fresh project. I don't really know what to do at this point. I followed every single step on the version 2 docs
