README.md states that Nintendo Switch doesn't support 128gb SD cards, which is now false.

As of v5.0(?), 128gb SD cards work. The statement in README.md "128Gb cards are currently not supported by the Switch, a Linux kernel patch is required" should be corrected to prevent confusion.

What do you call v5 ? I never added SDXC support to the kernel on this repo

Ah, that explains why i keep getting errors with the sd card. Is SDXC support something thats planned or will i have to figure that out by myself?
