Add custom words support

Hey, awesome job with this package. Only feature I'm missing is the ability to add custom words to the words list, so I implemented it myself. Feel free to comment / push more changes / close the PR if you disagree

I was just looking at this package and custom words completes my use case. I want all the names to feel like a certain subject.
