[BUG] Messages received while in chat are not marked as read

Description

While in a chat / messages list, if an outgoing message is marked as read, the "Unread" counter increments when coming back on the chats list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Receive a message
2. Click previous and come back on the chats list

Expected behavior: No unread counter should be there for this chat, while on a chat all messages should be marked as read.

Actual behavior: When coming back to the chats list, the notifications counter on the chat is incremented and it's required to open the chat and come back again to remove the counter.

There is another aspect of "this" bug. When I write a message into a group, the message counter of the chat of each participant is increased as soon as they send the "read"-notification for the group.

This issue describes two bugs:

1. The message counter of the current chat should stay at 0 (for any received message)
2. Read notifications shouldn't increase message counters in general
