A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] The current class library does not have the ability to list the size of the storage device (internal or external) , folder or file.

Describe the solution you'd like

Expose an api for size of storage device, folder and file.

None

Additional context

Even if the feature is a good idea and viable, it may not be accepted since the ongoing effort in maintaining the feature may outweigh the benefit it delivers.

Windows.Storage.Devices will soon be deprecated. This issue needs re-evaluating for System.IO.FileSystem.
