Kubernetes Support

Since Kubernetes is also a known good orchestration platform for containers, Nanobox should also support it in addition to Docker support as it also integrates along Docker and simplifies multi-container deployments

We're already doing much of what Kubernetes does, actually. I believe in most cases we'd be a Kubernetes replacement.

That said, I believe integration with K8s is in the plans.
