Also hide core fields from ticket filter

When for example hiding the "estimated time" field for a certain user role, this role can still access the field in the ticket filter:

• as additional filter
• in filter options:
  • culomns
  • groupings
  • sums

It would be great if your plugin hides the core fields in those places as well.

It seems as if @nanego is still maintaining the plugin, right? Is there any chance to get a fix for this old issue anytime soon?
