Is it possible to offer the pdf version for download?

It will be available later, when the book is completed. It is work in progress now. I don't want unfinished version to be shared in Internet. Still we don't have even a book cover, the preface is empty, the last few chapters are missing, etc.

Give me 1-2 months.

@nakov You can add the 'export to PDF' feature via the github book and anyone who wants to can export the file themselves. Is the book finished yet?
