I could not take a good screenshot to show the bug but I could do it with maim.

also: if I select the entire screen with -s

About this picture. It has no glitches but my entire screen outside this square was blinking.

I discovered it does that only when picom --daemon is running

Actually, it stopped happening. Idk why.
But anyway, I saw lots of people having the same problem as me.
