[ISSUE#819] Translation Issue in English mode of "控制台手册"

What is the purpose of the change

Fix the text translation issue: "控制台手册" -> "Console Guide"

Brief changelog

Update src/content/docs/v2.3/en/guide/admin/console-guide.md file, replace the "控制台手册" with "Console Guide". Update src/content/docs/v2.3/en/architecture.md file with translated diagram.
