feature request: Ability to manage embeddings

The "manage" menus are very useful. Adding Manage Embeddings will allow users to load embeddings from vectordatabase files such as faiss, sqlite,... and do RAG with the embeddings.

This is a nice idea. There will be two fields that may require content and embeddings.
