Unable to Create Bot using GitHub Data Source; Redirects to Main Page

Description:

Problem:

When attempting to create a bot using the GitHub data source, the process takes an unusually long time, and the bot is not successfully created. Additionally, upon completion, the system automatically redirects to the main page instead of displaying the expected outcome.

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to Create a new Bot. Select GitHub as the data source. Fill in the necessary information for bot creation. Click on the "Create" button.

Expected Behaviour:

The bot creation process should complete within a reasonable time, and the user should remain on the page displaying the successful creation of the bot.

Actual Behaviour:

The bot creation process takes too much time, and ultimately, it fails to complete successfully. Upon completion, the system automatically redirects to the main page instead of displaying the expected outcome.

Additional Information:

I have tried this multiple times over the course of an hour. No error messages are displayed during the process. My internet connection is stable.

Environment:

Operating System: Windows 10 Browser : Chrome Version: 1.4.4 and 1.4.5

im using version 1.4.2 ist working well but now im tring to test all the things only github is not working. also im checking another version is 1.4.4 and 1.4.5 same issue i face

Do you have any logs from the terminal?

in terminal i get this error "Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
