Can't find output file

Hey I have tried this for 3 times with different output paths. I used SVT-AV1 encoder and after av1an is completed it asked me whether I wanted to delete the temp file or not. Either way I could not fild the output file in the destination path. May I ask if they were saved somewhere else or this is a bug? My NMKODER version is the latest. Thanks.

Yeah I recently had that too. Yeah, myself, as the dev.

I'll soon(tm) work on some improvements, including better logging to figure out what actually happens when it fails.
