I think this is the way to go. We can always move selected scenarios from `unpublished` into one of the published sections.

SimpleCov 0.19 has added some support for covering external processes.

There's also [stub_env](https://rubygems.org/gems/stub_env).

This has been partly handled in #546. For negated matchers, the problem persists.

Hi @luke-hill it would be great if you can take a look at this. There's no rush since this is for the 2.0 release.

I'm trying to get some info on what's going on here. If nothing comes out of that I'm going to explore alternatives.
